Andrew H. Wilson
The firm’s founder and principal attorney is Andrew H. Wilson. Mr. Wilson graduated from the University of California at Santa Cruz in 1970, received his J.D. from Hastings College of the Law in 1974 and was admitted to the Bar of the State of California in that year. He has also been admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Northern, Southern and Central Districts of California, the Eastern District of Michigan and the Ninth and Eleventh Circuit Courts of Appeal.
Mr. Wilson has experience in a wide variety of matters. He has tried cases to verdict in San Francisco, Alameda, Contra Costa, Marin, Mendocino and Santa Clara Counties as well as the Northern District of California. He is one of a few lawyers who have obtained multiple awards or settlements of $1,000,000 or more. Mr. Wilson has extensive transactional experience as well. He has acted as issuer’s counsel in over 100 public and private securities offerings, formed numerous business entities and acted as general counsel for many small businesses, representing them in a variety of matters.
Mr. Wilson has also served on the board of directors of a number of companies, including Sequoia National Bank in San Francisco, where he also served as Chairman of the Board from 2000 to 2002 and Vice Chairman from 2002 to 2000 through 2003.
